Joining the esteemed faculty at SIMI Swiss is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a global educational community.
The policy of SIMI Swiss considers lecturers as a particularly important component for training quality. SIMI Swiss applies the InTASC Model Core Teaching Standards to build a competency framework for evaluating, training, and developing its faculty.
To become a lecturer at SIMI Swiss, candidates typically need to have a Master’s degree for teaching bachelor programs, and a Ph.D. or an equivalent terminal degree for teaching master and doctorate level programs in their field of expertise. Additionally, significant professional experience, a strong publication record, and prior teaching experience are highly valued.
Interested candidates should submit an online application through the SIMI Swiss careers portal. The application should include a detailed CV, cover letter, teaching philosophy, and references. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview and may be asked to provide a teaching demonstration.
