The Doctorate Research Supervisor is responsible for providing high-quality mentorship to doctoral candidates, ensuring their research aligns with academic and professional standards. While adhering to the InTASC standards to promote effective research supervision practices. The supervisor will guide students in designing and conducting original research, evaluating progress, and preparing for publication and defense.
This role also involves staying engaged with the latest developments in the academic field, contributing to the institution’s research community, and promoting scholarly excellence. The supervisor is expected to foster critical thinking, innovation, and collaboration, supporting the academic and professional growth of doctoral candidates.
