SIMI SWISSLECTUTRER BIOGRAPHY

Prof. PhD Dana Rad, Adjunct Associate Professor for the Psychology Program at Swiss Information and Management Institute (SIMI Swiss), also serves as an Associate Professor at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania, where she leads the Center for Research Development and Innovation in Psychology. She holds dual Ph.D.s in Applied Cognitive Psychology and Systems Engineering, with extensive expertise in cognitive and organizational psychology. Her academic contributions include 20 books and over 200 published papers.
